Show Query Results in New Tabs (Oracle SQL Developer)

By default, Oracle SQL Developer only displays the results from your last query in the ‘Query Result’ tab. If you’d rather the results open up in a new tab after execution, you’ll need to enable this in the app:

Click Tools, and select Preferences…

Then navigate to Database > Worksheet

Click on Show query results in new tabs to enable this option.
